Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and Fig Jam

I eat this meal quite often. It's simple, comforting and even a bit healthy :) The flavors all go quite well together.
I specifically use my mothers homemade Fig Ginger Jam. I steal a big jar or two of it every time I go to visit. The flavors all go quite well together.

Speaking of my is her Birthday! Happy Birthday Mom! I love you.
