Surprise Orange Find in San Leandro, CA
Dan and I were out in the "Dro" today hitting up my fave taqueria "Los Pericos" on E. 14th (their fish tacos are made of clouds from heaven and unicorn horns aka: they are amazingly delicious!) and on our way back to BART we stumbled upon quite a gem! 4 loaded orange trees and one grapefruit tree all on public property just waiting to picked and consumed. Luckily someone who lived across the street kindly offered up a ladder and picking tool. We loaded up with as much fruit as we could carry and headed home with quite the haul.
